Wedding Orders


We recommend that you place your wedding order at least 3 months in advance. A non-refundable deposit, 50% of the total price, is required to secure your wedding order and is due 6 weeks before your wedding day.
Your order must be paid in full 2 weeks before your wedding day. If you decide to change the date of your wedding after paying your deposit, a date change fee of $200 to reserve a new date will apply.
All wedding cake orders are delivered and setup on site at the venue.
Changes may be made to your order until 2 weeks before your wedding day and may increase the final price of your order. After your order has been paid in full, no changes are allowed.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 2 weeks before your wedding day. If you have paid more than your deposit amount, you will receive a refund for the difference. If you cancel your order within 2 weeks of your wedding day, you forfeit your entire payment.

IMPORTANT

If you fail to pay your order in full by the due date stated on the order form, you forfeit your deposit and your order will be canceled immediately. If additional payments were made that causes your payment total to be greater than the deposit, you will receive a refund for the difference.

All Other Orders


Please note that your deposit of 50% of your order is due 2 weeks prior to the completion of your order. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the completion of your order.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 1 week before your order due date. If you have paid more than your deposit amount, you will receive a refund for the difference. If you cancel your order within 1 week of your order due date, you forfeit your entire payment.
